Your birth details, generated reports, chat history and purchases — tied to your browser session and, once you sign in, your account. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store it.
To generate and store your readings, run your account and process payments. Reading prompts are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce results. We do not sell your data.
We use SendGrid to send sign-in links, report emails and receipts you request or that relate to your purchases.
Self-serve, instantly and without asking us: download everything we hold about you, or erase your data and account, from the Privacy & data page (/account). Each palm photo can also be deleted individually from its reading; photos are re-encoded on upload to strip hidden metadata such as location. Questions: support@starstalking.com.
