AI-generated reports (Kundli, Lal Kitab, palm) are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once generated. If a reading failed to generate or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
StarsTalking Plus is charged from the day you subscribe and renews until cancelled — cancel any time from your dashboard and access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods, but will refund an accidental renewal within 7 days.
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session, or if the astrologer cannot attend. No-shows are non-refundable.
